Your questions
Good questions. Clear answers.
What does Crex Group do?
Crex Group is a Melbourne commodity and recycling company for businesses. We take material that doesn't fit a standard waste contract, such as retired IT, plastic offcuts, empty IBCs and drums, surplus stock, specialty metals and office floor defits. Tell us what you have and we look at it before we quote.
Can we ask about a material that is not listed?
Yes. Tell us what it is, where it came from, roughly how much there is and where it sits. A photo or label helps, and we will tell you if it is one for us.
Do you work with recurring streams?
Yes. Regular output such as plastic offcuts, empty IBCs or retired equipment can run as a programme. We agree how often we collect and how to pack it around your site.
How long does a quote take?
It depends on the material, because we look at every load before we quote. We reply by email and say exactly what else we need. A collection date is set once you agree the job.
Do you take household items?
No. Crex works with businesses, organisations and industry. For household material, contact your council or a residential rubbish service.
